Light workout for the older adult who wishes to maintain or improve their fitness. Includes strength and balance training, low-impact cardiovascular exercise, flexibility and stretch. 40 minutes on your feet; 20 minutes on the mat. Drop-in $11.00/adult and $9.00/senior. Max 5 drop-in’s.
