Have your birthday party at Coal Harbour Community Centre! This birthday party package includes our Activity Roomrental, an hour in the gymnasium and a birthday party leader. The Activity Room has beautiful views of the ocean,and we will provide you with tables and chairs, basic decorations can be included for additional fee. In the gymnasiumenjoy our playtime or sports setup. The birthday party leader will help with setup and supervising the equipment.Add Ons? Additional 5$ for basic decorations including balloons, streamers and table cloths in a colour of your choice? Additional $150 for our soccer birthday party with coach Manto! Invite Manto, Coal Harbour?s soccer instructorand certified coach to lead fun and exciting soccer games for your party. Add on dependent on availability, pleasegive at least 2 weeks notice.Refund / Transfer / Cancellation Policies 1. Cancellations and transfers require 14 days? notice and are subject to a $5.00 administration fee. Refunds not issued to cancellations of less than 14 days. 2. Bookings that are made within a week of their party date must be pre-approved by scheduling staff before confirmation of their party slot. 3. Coal Harbour Community Centre reserves the right to cancel a party, when necessary. In this event the payee will receive notice at least 72 hours prior to the party date and all monies paid will be refunded. 4. Coal Harbour Community Centre reserves the right to place your activity in equal or better facilities if the room is required in unexpected circumstances
