In this series, we?ll take our time exploring the most commonly used poses you might encounter in a typical yoga class. The focus is on building a strong foundation through alignment, body awareness, and familiarity with each posture. Hands-on adjustments may be offered to support proper form. We’ll explore standing and seated poses, the Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) series, heart openers/backbends, and restorative poses. Each class will also incorporate breathwork and meditation techniques to help support a more mindful, grounded practice. Drop-in $16, space permitting.
