Decription:
We will start with 25 minutes of myofascial release using foam rollers, followed by 20 minutes of traditional Pilates exercises, then 20 minutes of Flow Yoga, and end with a 5 minute Savasana. It’s an efficient 3 in 1 class that will improve your core strength, posture, balance, flexibility and body awareness and enhance your sense of well being. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up your mat and equipment. Class starts promptly at 5:30 PM. Drop-in $12/Adult; $10/Senior.
