Mat Pilates
Decription:
This intermediate-level, physically challenging class offers a series of classical Pilates exercises guided by breath and clear cueing to strengthen your core and whole body. Improve posture, flexibility, and coordination for greater ease in daily movement. Class begins with 25 minutes of foam rolling for myofascial release. Participants are expected to be comfortable with floor-based movement, core engagement, and working at a continuous moderate pace. This class requires completion of the PAR-Q+ health screening at eparmedx.com and a signed waiver prior to participation. These help identify whether medical clearance or an alternative class is recommended. Drop-in $12.
