Flow Yoga
Decription:
This intermediate-level yoga class is a dynamic and physically engaging practice focusing on alignment, flexibility, posture, balance, and body awareness. We begin with foam rolling to release tension and enhance mobility, then flow through a series of yoga poses guided by breath, finishing with deep stretching and a 5-minute Savasana. Participants are expected to be comfortable moving through a continuous, moderately paced yoga practice that includes standing, floor-based, and balance postures. This class requires completion of the PAR-Q+ health screening at eparmedx.com prior to participation. This supports safe participation and helps identify whether medical clearance or an appropriate alternative class is recommended. Drop-in $12. No session on Aug 3.
