Discover Essentrics Workshop – SPECIAL EVENT

Presented by Fran Hinton, certified Essentrics Instructor: Essentrics is a dynamic full body workout that rapidly changes the shape of your body through a fluid combination of stretching and strengthening. This equipment free, low-impact workout, will rebalance your body; unlock tight joints, improve your posture, tone and shape your body, increase your flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling energized, youthful and healthy. The purpose of this workshop is to learn the basic Essentrics techniques and positional movements. We will finish with a complete workout to apply what you have learned. All levels welcome! For those who have taken the Osteofit Level 1 classes and are comfortable with Osteofit techniques. This exercise program is similar in design and concept to Level 1 but geared towards the more advanced participant. This class has an emphasis on building strength and improving balance. OsteoFit for Life is a program developed by the BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre’s osteoporosis program.

Indoor Cycling Reservation Procedures:

1. Call 604-257-8342 to reserve a bike, a spot may not be reserved by email.
2. Calls can be made 6:00am-9:30pm Monday thru Thursday, 6:00am-8:30pm Friday and 8:00am-4:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
3. For afternoon and evening classes call the day of the class.
4. For early morning classes call the day before.
5. Check in at the front desk 10 minutes prior to class.
6. If you have not checked in 10 minutes prior to your class you will lose your ride
7. You may reserve a bike for yourself and 1 other person
