We will start with 20 minutes of myofascial release with foam rolling then 20 minutes of traditional Pilates exercises followed by 20 minutes of Flow Yoga and a 5 minute Savasana. It’s an efficient 3 in 1 class that will improve your core strength, posture, balance, flexibility and body awareness and enhance your sense of well being. Drop-in $12/adult and $10/senior.
