Pilates Yoga Fusion
Decription:
We will start with 25 minutes of myofascial release using foam rollers, followed by 20 minutes of traditional Pilates, 20 minutes of flow yoga, and finish with a 5-minute Savasana. This efficient 3-in-1 class improves core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and body awareness while enhancing overall well-being. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up your mat and equipment. Class starts promptly at 5:30 PM. Participants are expected to be comfortable transitioning between standing, floor-based, and flowing movement in a continuous class format. This class requires completion of the PAR-Q+ health screening at eparmedx.com and a signed waiver prior to participation. These help identify whether medical clearance or an alternative class is recommended. Drop-in $12.
