This class uses controlled movements incorporating pilates and yoga to improve your flexibility, strength, and endurance. Emphasis is on alignment, breathing, and developing core awareness . It is an all levels practice that consists of a full body work out. You’ll feel amazing after! No pilates or yoga experience necessary.
