Build balance, strength, and mindfulness through breathwork and dynamic movement. This all-levels class includes breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the nervous system, flowing postures and movements (asanas) to help strengthen and support your body over time, and guided meditation to calm and focus the mind. A consistent practice may help you feel more grounded and at ease, on and off the mat. All levels are welcome. Drop-in $16, space permitting.
