Simply Stretch with Balanced Body Pilates teacher, Shannon Smith to move better in sport and life. This class uses the foam roller to relieve tight fascia along with simple stretching to improve alignment and light toning to balance your body. No Pilates experience needed. $15 drop-in, space permitting.
