Join Shannon Smith, Certified Balanced Body Pilates Teacher and founder of Pilates & for a L2/L3 Pilates class. If you have a strong grasp of the fundamental Pilates exercises and are ready to advance your practice, this intermediate/advanced class will keep you mentally engaged and challenged. All essential Pilates props and a mat will be provided but you?re welcome to bring your own mat. $15 drop-in, space permitting.
