Axe Capoeira Adult – April

Capoeira is one of the most diverse martial arts, with creativity, music, self-expression, and strategic thinking being as much a part of the core curriculum as physical training. Capoeira will introduce you to the fundamentals of the art form, will cover basic kicks, movements, and acrobatics, as well as teach you basic music skills and introduce to the history of capoeira. Drop-in $20, space permitting.
