Waterfront Walkers

We are a spontaneous group of
walking enthusiasts who meet
weekly to enjoy a variety of scenic
walks. Our walks are regularly
around 6km and tend to last for 3
hours including a stop along the
way for coffee. Participants may
choose to either bus or walk back. The Centre is closed on Nov 11.

Come laugh away your stress! Laughing eases tension in minutes while giving those hard-working innards a good jogging. Our sessions combine The Laughter Wellness Method and Medical Clowning principles to relax, enliven, and inspire creativity through sequences of deep yogic breathing, playful brain exercises, and laughter exercises. All exercises can be done standing or seated and aim to invite play, increase empathy, and help shift perspective.
