Royal Scottish Country Dance

Lively dancing to the great music of Scotland: pipes, drums, accordions, and fiddles. You can have lots of fun and get plenty of exercise dancing with the members of the Scottish Country Dance Community. Kilts and tartans optional.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a martial art and moving meditation based on the principle of the interplay of Yin and Yang. Slow and graceful movements improve balance, coordination, and well-being. Emphasis on proper alignment promotes Qi ow through the body. This Simplified Yang style is suitable for beginners. Drop-in $15.00, space permitting. No class Apr 24 and May 1.

Grassroots Soccer

GrassRoots Soccer will help boys and girls of all abilities to grow, develop skills and reach their potential. Using the four corner model: Physical, Technical, Psychological and Social elements, this program will help children develop more than just their soccer skills. We will help them to gain confidence, build self-esteem, learn to work in teams and improve their decision making. Explore the guide or download your copy. Whether you’re looking for activities at Barclay Manor, Coal Harbour, or West End, we have something for everyone. We will also be hosting a whole bunch of events throughout the winter, so stay tuned for those!

Be sure to register for classes early as space is limited and they do fill up fast.
