Fitworks! For Parkinson’s

This fun exercise program is directed to People with Parkinson’s Disease, with focus on training everyday movement patterns through flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and postural exercises in multiple positions (sitting – standing – walking – floor). The class is led by Katherine Park (LSVT Big, PWR instructor) and Lynn Whittingham (PWR!Moves Instructor, Group Fitness Leader, Sure Feet, Third Age instructor and Personal Trainer). Patrons are required to complete and submit a Par Med X form (available on request) prior to joining. Care partners welcome to attend. No class Feb 12.
