Fit Pass (Apr 1-Jun 30)
– Participants are not permitted to enter more than 10 minutes after a class has started. Tickets will not be sold/issued after this time has passed.
– Small Children (under 8 yrs old) are not permitted to be brought to class and left unattended while the parent participates.

A sports-inspired cardio workout program for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobics with a kickboxing movements twist that emphasizes on building strength, core engagement as well as stabilization exercises.

Basic Step and Strength
New to step or been away for a while….this high energy class is full of fun combinations and intervals designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness and also includes resistance training, core strengthening and stretching. Get ready for a great workout!

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Increase your endurance and burn more calories in less time with this full body workout that will make your body stronger, toning the arms buttocks and thighs.

Using a variety of equipment, participants concentrate on core exercises with an emphasis on strength and balance. Class ends with stretching and relaxation breathing.
Do you need more cueing and instruction? Basic Fit offers a multi-level class introducing a variety of fitness styles and equipment. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
Group Power Training
Push, pull, bend, twist, squat and lunge with functionally integrated exercises to improve muscular strength and endurance.
Multi-layered choreography training cardiovascular endurance with coordination and agility concluding with an extended stretch. *Step experience is recommended but our experienced instructors make every effort to encourage the novice.

Non-choreographed high energy interval class uses cardio and strength exercises to make the most of the time you have.
