Tai Chi is a martial art and moving meditation based on the principle of the interplay of Yin and Yang. Slow and graceful movements improve balance, coordination, and well-being. Emphasis on proper alignment promotes Qi ow through the body. This Simplified Yang style is suitable for beginners. Drop-in $15.00, space permitting. No class Apr 24 and May 1.
