Tai Chi is a martial art and moving meditation based on the principle of the interplay of Yin and Yang. Slow and graceful movements improve balance, coordination, and well-being. Emphasis on proper alignment promotes Qi ow through the body. This Simplified Yang style is suitable for beginners. Drop-in $15.00, space permitting. No class Apr 24 and May 1.

GrassRoots Soccer will help boys and girls of all abilities to grow, develop skills and reach their potential. Using the four corner model: Physical, Technical, Psychological and Social elements, this program will help children develop more than just their soccer skills. We will help them to gain confidence, build self-esteem, learn to work in teams and improve their decision making. 2018 Flea Market

This community flea market is a space where you can sell items that you’re ready to let go of. All proceeds from table rentals and admission help subsidize the West End CC Youth Programs and King George Secondary School’s graduating class of 2018.
